Internet of Things (IoT) Lab
Faculty Lab Incharge: Er. Vibhor Sharma
In recent years, there has been an increasing requirement from industries and researchers for systems that integrate embedded technologies capable of sensing, communicating, and interacting with other devices and institutions. These technologies enable the creation of networks of interconnected physical objects, often referred to as the Internet of Things (IoT).
The IoT Lab provides a comprehensive environment for students and researchers to explore concepts related to the Internet of Things. IoT refers to a network of physical objects embedded with electronics, sensors, software, and connectivity that enable them to collect and exchange data. This integration connects the physical world with computer-based systems, allowing interaction between people, devices, and processes.
The laboratory supports research activities, student projects, and experimentation in the design and development of IoT-based solutions.
